Hello! I’m Melissa, an experienced Technical Account Manager passionate about building strong partnerships and delivering practical solutions that drive real impact. Most recently, I worked with WooCommerce’s Strategic Partnerships team at Automattic, where I supported clients and partners to achieve their goals and navigate complex technical challenges. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my son, husband, and our four dogs. My commitment to service extends into my personal life-I actively volunteer with dog rescue organizations and support American Cancer Society events. As a parent of a special needs child, I am also dedicated to fostering supportive communities for families on similar journeys. I thrive on creating meaningful connections, whether through professional collaboration, volunteer work, or community engagement.
